Jenn did a great job setting up everything for our trip from the airline to the hotel, rental car, cruise, excursions and return flight. Always available for issues including when someone else took our cab from the cruise terminal. She quickly contacted them and had it corrected. The driver even offered to buy us coffee.
Jenn was wonderful and on top of things the whole way. Made the trip enjoyable, relaxing and fun.
